And since AI has long been part of many APEX developers’ toolkits, it’s now part of the name, too. Whether it’s generative AI features in APEX, AI-assisted development with coding assistants and APEXLang, custom agents in your application, or the question of how this is changing our profession—it all belongs here. Not as a separate stream, but right in the thick of it, where it’s already part of everyday developer life.
Tell us about your experiences with a specific APEX-related topic in a short deep dive. Of course, everyone wants to hear about the latest tech innovations, but older techniques (e.g., beautiful interactive reports) or niche topics (such as debugging) are also welcome. After all, the foundation of every APEX application is built on over 20 years of successful application development. Topics that don’t fit under either PL/SQL or Solutions also belong here. This conference track is dedicated to SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database 26ai! We’re looking for presentations that range from the basics to advanced techniques and innovative approaches. Share your knowledge on performance tuning, best practices, new features, or creative PL/SQL solutions with the international APEX community. Whether they’re hands-on examples, in-depth analyses, or use cases—we’re looking for inspiring presentations that offer real value to APEX fans.
If you have an APEX application that you’d like to explain in more detail from various perspectives, then this is the stream for you. The focus here is on how you achieved your goal—or perhaps didn’t achieve it. We’re looking for your experiences from a specific APEX project:
- whether it’s the process model
- the business and technical challenges
- the visual highlights
- the human factor
- the external circumstances
- dependencies on other projects
- application testing
- reasons why the legacy application had to be replaced
- anything that particularly helped or hindered your APEX project is in good hands here.
