The call for papers for APEX connect 2026 began on October 27, 2025 and ended on December 2, 2025 at 23:59 CEWT.

Acceptances & Rejections

By the End of January / Beginning of February 2026

Acceptances and rejections regarding your submissions will be sent by email by the end of January/beginning of February 2026. Thank you very much, and we hope you have a great time at APEX connect 2026 – whether as a speaker or a visitor.

Submitting Your Presentation

How the Upload Works

If your session has been accepted, please upload your presentation materials by May 11, 2025 as a PDF file with a maximum size of 10 MB.

  • Log in to your profile at https://my.doag.org/ with your access data.
     
  • Under the tab "Login" you can log in with your registered email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it at https://my.doag.org/resetpassword/.
     
  • Please use the e-mail address with which you registered at APEX connect or submitted your presentation. If you no longer know your email address, please contact office@~@doag.org.
     
  • After logging in, you can upload your presentation documents under "My presentations". Please note that your files are publicly available.  


Note: Co-speakers can also upload their documents.

What We Provide – What You Bring

For APEX connect 2026 at Heide Park Soltau, we provide you with a briefing for speakers that includes technical requirements, the organisational process and all the information you need to ensure that everything runs smoothly and professionally.

What we provide:

  • a beamer (more information will be provided later)
  • a screen
  • a presenter

What you bring yourself:

  • Your laptop! We do not provide a computer.
  • You work with a Mac? Then please remember to plug in the appropriate adapters.

Participation for Speakers

Free Participation and Subsequent Use

As a speaker of APEX connect 2026, you participate in the entire event free of charge and have the opportunity to attend other lectures as well. After the event, you can use the lectures that were recorded and the content that is available with our on-demand offer.
