In this talk during the APEX Connect 2016 in Berlin, Chris Saxon explains what it's like answering questions on Ask Tom. He shows examples of the weird and wonderful questions people ask. This includes many questions not published to the public. He also explains what makes a good question and how to increase your chances of getting the answers you need.
Last year, Tom Kyte announced he was taking an extended sabbatical. This included stepping down from Ask Tom, a site where he answered thousands of questions regarding Oracle topics for over 15 years. To keep this valuable service going, Oracle Developer Advocates Connor McDonald and Chris Saxon joined the answer team.
